INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Interim Management is the temporary provision of management resources and skills. Organisations often have the requirement for highly skilled individuals that can contribute immediately with the minimum disruption. A flexible resource without the need for long-term obligations, an Interim Manager can be relevant for example in periods of change, programme delivery, continuity management to bridge a vacancy, or strategic upheavals.

As a firm we invest the same level of scrutiny in our Interim Managers as we would with permanent executives. Having referenced previous assignments for achieving a successful outcome, we validate against the following criteria: Can they do the job (skills)? Can they do it in your environment (culture)? Importantly, do they have the motivation to do it again (resilience)?
